RETURNS PROCESS:

At 304 we offer lifetime returns.
If you live in the UK, European Union or USA please ship your items back to us along with email proof of receipt (send to [email protected]) or use our new RETURNS PORTAL and then we refund the up to €2.99 of the value of your shipping. Please ensure you do the following:
  • Only send back items assigned to the relevant order number. Do not mix orders within a single label.
  • Send your order back via a tracked service as we cannot account for any lost parcels that have no tracking.

I'VE PAID WITH KLARNA - HOW DOES RETURNS WORK?

  • Refunds can take up to 5 - 10 working days to show on your account.
  • Remember that regardless of where your items were shipped from, you can follow our usual returns process for all of them.
  • You have 30 days to pay your Klarna invoice

  • If you have returned items from an order paid for with Klarna, and you're near the end of your invoice period, we'd recommend extending the deadline to avoid payment charges.

  • If you have any questions about extending your invoice, please contact Klarna Customer Services. 304 CLOTHING aren't able to extend your invoice.

  • You'll automatically receive a reminder from KLARNA if you pass the date of payment shown on your invoice. If you have received a reminder but already returned items to us, please contact Klarna customer services.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
Items must be returned to us in the way we sent them out to you. All labels and tags must still be attached, with no make up stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments. 
  • We reserve the rights to refuse your refund or if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition. In such a case we will organise to reship the goods back to the given shipping address.
  • You will be refunded based on the cost of the product (we do not refund your shipping charge).
  • Any refunded orders will be charged a €2.99 restocking fee. Exchanges will not incur a restocking fee.
  • We cannot accept underwear or socks for hygiene reasons - no exceptions.
  • Any faults or quality issues must be logged to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your order. Any complaints after this time will not qualify. 
  • Please ensure that you include the packing slip from your purchase inside your returned parcel.
  • Allow 1-2 working days after delivery for returns to be quality checked and processed on to our system.
  • Refunds will be processed within 1-4 working days after this point.
  • Refunds take up to 14 working days to go back into your account and can only be refunded to the card used to make the purchase online.

    UK STANDARD DELIVERY:
    Orders take up to 7 working days to be fulfilled before dispatch. Orders are then delivered within 2 working days from dispatch date. Tracking is sent out automatically on your shipping confirmation so that you can track the progress of your order.
    UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY:
    Orders placed before 3.30pm GMT will be delivered within 1 working day. This is a tracked service and details will be sent via text if you enter your mobile number when placing an order.
