Well our 304 running club is your solution. Be part of the 304 community which will offer you support and motivation. We would like to thank all of our members so far an impressive collective distance has been ran so far this week alone! Mo Farah looks like you have some competitors coming your way.  

We also had our first 304 Running Club challenge of a 10km run. The winner was picked randomly. The prize you ask your very own exclusive 304 Running Club merchandise.  All you had to do was run the distance, upload to Strava and tag @pomeroygigantic and voilà you could be our winner.  Couldn't be more simple. The series is about a family relocating to the community in the Ozark's, after a money-laundering scheme goes wrong. White House Farm is a great recreational drama of a tragic murder story. This will definitely keep you at the edge of your seat of who did it! Whether your reading this as a regular exerciser or as a budding new recruit remember that hitting the gym is a big part of your week. If you’re going 1,2,3 times a week or even every day, you’re spending a lot of hours in your gym kit.
